Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions apply to the Side Income Challenge Sweepstake, hereafter referred to as the ‘Promotion’. The Promotion is executed by the Company, Red Tuatara Marketing, located at Southpac Chambers, Rarotonga, Cook Islands. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Duration: The Promotion does not have a defined end date. It ends when the Promotion website shows ‘Campaign Closed’. The Company reserves the right to close the Promotion at any time without giving prior notice.

3. Participation and Eligibility: To participate, individuals must sign up for the Promotion, be 18 years of age or older, and agree to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.

4. Reward Conditions: A Participant unlocks rewards when friends who live in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand sign up for the free challenge via the Participant’s unique invite link, as follows: $5 for 1 friend, $15 for 3 friends, $25 for 5 friends, $50 for 10 friends, and $125 for 25 friends. The maximum total reward per Participant is $125. Friends from other countries may join the challenge but do not count toward rewards. The reward recipient agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

5. Terms Acceptance: Participation in the Promotion implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.

6. Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.

7. Prizes: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes only; actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.

8. Costs and Taxes: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and no payment or purchase is required. If required by law, the Company will pay any taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.

9. Exclusions and Termination: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision. The Company may prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.

10. Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions should be sent to support@blueprintcentral.com or submitted as a support ticket at support.blueprintcentral.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.

11. Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.

12. Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.

13. Behavioral Agreement: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

14. Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
